Hey, running shoes are expensive these days. That was a mean trick! Photo taken this afternoon in my neighbourhood. They will never get these down without calling the fire department.

Thanks for ending up here! I am smiling at your comment, and to think, I thought some bully was being mean by throwing his friend's shoes up on the wire! Your comment sheds a whole different light on it. lol Some others told me it is the territorial mark of a gang.
