Pink Cement Truck

Seen on Highway 401 near McCowan Road in Toronto this evening.  I was shocked, then recovered and grabbed my camera out of my purse...got it!  Is it a lady who owns the company?  Is it a breast cancer cement truck?  Are ladies taking over the construction industry?  A Gay Pride cement truck maybe?  What's your guess?
