Yes, it is a weed but I like it. So delicate, sweet fragrance...too sweet...the air was thick with honey scent. The flower looks like little chunks of sugar will drop if you touch it. I didn't notice the mosquito under the flower towards the lower left or I would have tried to bring him into focus....that will teach me to look harder. I took a nature walk at the lake this afternoon. Weather unstable, foggy, thunder showers, heavy humidity, sticky, tiring walk but very pretty. The following few posts will show more of that walk, the flora and the lake.

My grandmother's favorite flower. She told us the flowers had "chiggers" so we wouldn't pick them! LOL!
